No power to the appliance

The appliance is not receiving power. This could be due to a power cut, a blown fuse, or the thermostat control knob being set incorrectly. Check if there is a power cut by examining the household lights. Verify that the fuse has not blown and ensure the thermostat control knob is set to the correct position. Also, check if the power socket is functioning.

The temperature in the appliance is too high

The appliance's internal temperature is higher than desired, possibly due to the thermostat setting or ambient conditions. Adjust the thermostat control knob to a cooler setting. Make sure the door is closed properly with nothing obstructing it. Check the door gasket for cleanliness and integrity. Ensure the appliance is stable and all four feet are on the floor.

The temperature in the appliance is too low

The internal temperature is lower than needed, which may affect the preservation of certain foods. Set the thermostat control knob to a warmer position. Verify that the ambient temperature is suitable for the appliance's operating limits of 16°C to 32°C.
